In our animated short, a 12 year old girl experiences the consequences of our today’s irresponsibility. She gets into the same situation like polar bears nowadays, step by step she is losing her living environment so she tries to escape and hide at home but in the end there is nothing left then a lonely ice floe.

This short clip was shot at our university during an action workshop. We had one day to shoot on our campus with the "Incognito Stunts" team. There were four stages (hence 4in1) provided, each taking one and a half hour to capture on camera: Fighting, High Fall, Full Body Burn and a Car scene.
The simulation of being on an action set showed us what we need to organise, how fast everything has to proceed and how stressful it can be if something planed goes wrong. Furthermore it helped us to put hands on real action footage with professionals.
Music used: Knife Party - Rage Valley
This is again a small clip I made with colleagues from university during the third semester. Our task was to create a small commercial for a product, named after our uni.
It was my first time using Nuke and Maya for an own video project. The watchanimation was made in AE.
While I was building the scenery and rendered out the final backgrounds, Benjamin started to comp the shots in Nuke. I, then, joined him while Emanuel did the keying and the watch animation. The clip was actually pretty done except a bigger list of minor fixes and the biggest part, the soundscape. Luckily Marcus Fass wanted to help us and we recorded some foleys in our studio. But it should last one year before I rendered the final lossless version due to time problems and a burnout. Afterwards I had to get into the project again, which needed some time, to get those smaller todo thingies fixed.
Finally here it is =)
Actor: Luis Jacobi
Sound: Marcus Fass
Compositing/Animation: Bernd Macht, Benjamin Winterton, Emanuel Brod
